Healo Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Healo! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully. By placing an order with Healo, you agree to the following terms:


1. Order Processing

  • It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
  • We do not ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.
  • We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.

2. Address Accuracy

  • If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1–2 business days.
  • We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to avoid possible delays.

3. Delivery & Signature Policy

  • Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, but it is ultimately at the courier’s discretion to decide whether leaving the package in the open is safe.
  • If the courier deems it unsafe, they may hold the package at a local post office or attempt re-delivery. We recommend providing a shipping address where you or someone else will be available to accept the package (e.g., a workplace or a friend’s address).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed (which can take up to 48 hours).
  • A second email will be sent once your order ships, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
  • If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
  • Please allow 1–4 days for tracking information to update. In some rare cases, the tracking may not update, yet you may still receive your order. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe, please email us at business@healo.store.

5. International Taxes & Duties

  • International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible for any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees their local customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to local carriers or governments and are not collected by Healo.
  • We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), which means these fees are not included in the price you pay on our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient to receive the parcel.
  • As we are unable to advise on the exact amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country’s customs office or tax agent for details on charges and rates.

6. Wrong Address Delivery

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
  • Due to our efforts to speed up processing times, there is a very small window to cancel or change your order/address. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately at business@healo.store.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
  • If it’s too late to update your address, we must wait to see if the package is returned to us. If it is returned, we can reship to the correct address or issue a full refund upon request.

7. Refunds

  • By placing an order at Healo, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Healo, if applicable.
  • You may need to pay a restocking fee.

8. PO Boxes

  • We currently do not offer shipping or delivery to PO Boxes.
